Help needed at Tunbridge Wells fireworks display

31 Oct 2008

Boom!

Groombridge Scouts desperately need help for the Firework Display at Dunorlan Park, Tunbridge Wells.

Our tasks for the evening? To help staff the gate early on, counting numbers into the park. Once the gates close, you will be free to go and enjoy the fireworks (without needing to buy a ticket).

Here's the good news:

  • You get free entry into the event - usually £6
  • If you are doing D of E, this should count towards your community service
  • We will be helping out a fellow scout group in the Ashdown district
  • It will help us to work towards our fund-raising target of £250 before Christmas

If you can make this, PLEASE DO!

You will be required to be onsite from 17:00, to ready for the gates which open at 17:30

If you are going, contact Drew Marshall (who will be the person you need to liaise with) by email or by telephone (01892 66 33 11)
