Quiz and Problem Solving Night

Hi Everybody!

Postponed from last week (due to open evening), this week is going to be our first 'hut' night, as the evenings start to draw in.

JOTA: There is a chance to learn some radio skills and more about JOTA early this evening, inconjunction with the scouts. Sierra-Tango-Foxtrot-Oscar....

Quiz Night!: We have got 4 rounds of questions. (General Knowledge (easy), General Knowledge (harder), Geography and Sport.

We need volunteers to produce a futher quiz rounds! Organise yourselves into teams of three. Each team has to bring a round! Please email us and let us know which round you'd like to do. Ideas:

  • Who's in the picture?
  • Films?
  • Music?
  • TV Intro music (would require loud mobile or mini stereo..)

Problem Solving: We will also be running a few problem solving type activities. These will still be in your teams!

PRIZES FOR:

  • Winning team
  • Best quiz round supplied
  • Wooden spoon!
  • etc..

Fund Raising: Finally, we want your fund raising ideas! There is loads we want to do as a unit, but we need funds to help us along. We have set a nice easy target, to raise £250 by Christmas.
